- Planning and Executing the complex programs and projects to deliver the Public/Private Cloud or on-premise platforms for Big Data, AI and Machine learning solutions as per the customer requirements.

- Deliver on Revenue and Operating Margins and order booking target in alignment with agreed targets for Cloud Platform Practice’s yearly and quarterly targets.

- Provide technical assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process and support business sales teams, account managers and partners on proposal activities.

- Understand business drivers and risks involved and collaborate with internal teams to create and present the comprehensive Solution Delivery plans that would meet customer requirements.

- Provide the management leadership and engineering oversight for the solution delivery team and proactively mitigate risks and corrective actions to deliver the solution on time, within agreed budget and operating margin guidelines for the solution delivery.

- Travel to customer location and attend meetings with potential and existing Clients for the technical and business requirements, planning, and reviews.

- Take overall ownership of the hiring, staffing and competency development of the solution delivery and work with internal staffing, workforce management, and competency development functions to hire and staff the solution delivery team for the project.

- Work with practice team to meet revenue, operating margin and order booking targets that are aligned with overall CDP’s yearly and quarterly plans.

- Minimum 15+ years of industry experience in leading and managing teams delivering complex software platforms and solutions in distributed and cloud computing technologies.

- Strong and proven track record of requirements gathering/analysis, project planning and delivering of a solution designed for large corporate customers.

- Experience in hiring and building the high-performance teams delivering complex software solutions.

- Exposure NoSQL technology-based high volume, low latency distributed data platforms.

- Well versed with Linux OS based distributed computing systems.

- Good understanding of Programming Languages like Java, Python, Go.

- Prior experience in delivering DevOps and Agile based Projects.

- Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a multi-geography environment.
