Job Description :
- Plan, manage and lead the full lifecycle of proposals, presentations in response to RFPs, RFIs, and customer leads.
- Develop the overall project plan for opportunities and oversee end-to-end Bid management
- Identify all the tasks and resources needed to ensure a timely proposal submission
- Effective coordination with the various bid stakeholders by holding periodic workshops and reviews.
- Work closely with Sales team to determine bid strategy
- Ensure proper documentation and sign-off from appropriate internal approvers, complying to relevant internal approval guidelines
Basic Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of related working experience in IT industry and in pre-sales/bid management roles
- A team player with strong people management skills to drive consensus and to manage a bid team across various functional teams
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing end to end RFP bid process
- Demonstrated experience in leading proposal design and strategic messaging
- Strong communications and presentation skills in order to effectively engage customers, update senior management and manage cross functional bid teams
- MBA preferred
