- Employee Feedback Mechanism - Look at novel and agile ways of taking feedback from employees and working with stakeholders/function to take action on feedback and communicating the same. This is a key charter for the team this year as we transition to a more real time process of capturing feedback from employees beyond the annual EPS survey
- Mentoring - Own the mentoring process at Wipro with a view of creating a mentoring culture and enabling employees to adopt tools which simplify the mentoring process. Redesign/enhance and evangelize the existing mentoring platform- Learning Networks
Diversity and Inclusion - This is CEO focused charter. Participate/lead - some D & I /Gender Diversity initiatives.
External Branding - Branding Wipro in external forums e.g. SHRM, NHRD etc - should be able to curate content for award submissions.
People Sustainability - Establish policies, processes and systems to drive initiatives based on people sustainability agenda that drive the future of Wipro - for example creating a Human Rights Due Diligence & Assessment framework.
- Work on other projects allocated from time to time based on organization priorities/business goals and diagnostics from EPS/other platforms
- Passion for working on OD/similar framework design and execution. - Be constantly on the lookout of industry best practices Ability to channel theoretical constructs & research backed data into implementable solutions
- Creative, independent thinker who can drive programs end-to-end ( design, planning to execution)
- Proven ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, recognize trends, and identify systematic approaches to solving problems.
- Flexible learner. Wants to explore a new area and work with a virtual team.
- Ability to work with data/analytics; with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Articulate with good writing skills.
- Strong networking skills with ability to collaborate with cross functional/Business/HR teams and influence stakeholders.
