HR Lead for Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Program - DMTS program was launched in 2014. Role involves anchoring the program end-to-end and building policies, processes and systems to enhance the overall program scope and brand within and outside Wipro.
- Build visibility of the DMTS community across Wipro by leveraging existing knowledge sharing platforms and creating new ones, if required.
- Partner with DMTS-working groups to drive member selection, member capability development, DMTS - conclaves, academia connect, start-up connect, group company connect, etc
- Regular connects with DMTS members to increase community participation and engagement
- Collaborate with support teams and BU HR SPOCS to create the DMTS brand and increase awareness
- Benchmark with external organizations having similar programs to enhance our program's effectiveness
- Conceptualize and implement specific programs to drive the DMTS charter
- Assessments & Learning Frameworks - The incumbent will be responsible to drive Wipro's Assessment agenda in the project management and architecture career streams.
- Manage the Architect, Program Manager, Delivery Manager and ADH assessments: The incumbent will be accountable for managing the entire lifecycle of these assessments. As part of this responsibility the incumbent will
- Drive the development agenda by working with senior leaders across BU / SLs and the HR teams to create development plans
- Work with the hiring teams to provide a seamless hiring experience to external candidates undergoing assessments
- Drive design and process improvements by working closely with the BU / SL teams, GDE team, Talent Transformation Team, Architect Council and the IS team
- Conceptualize and implement assessment design for new roles for which assessment needs to be set up
Role Framework :
Wipro has adopted the role framework which comprises over 100 unique roles. As a part of this responsibility the incumbent will:
- Review and revise the role framework on a regular basis with requisite business stakeholders
- Map new roles and retire defunct roles
- Work with required teams to ensure roles are mapped in the WMG system, aligned with HR systems and available to the required business teams for deployment
- Work on educating business and functional leadership on the role framework: increase awareness
- The incumbent will also have to work on providing organization design inputs to various teams while working on role mapping projects.
Other key projects:
- Anchor design and execution of projects in the areas of Domain, Careers, talent assessment and development. Work on other projects allocated from time to time based on organization priorities. A key expectation would also be to conceptualize and implement programs for HR capability building under brand IMPETUS.
- MBA / Post graduate in Human Resources with 3- 6 years of experience (Person who has handled projects at a BU / SL level would be preferred)
- Passion for working on OD frameworks, design and execution.
- Flexible learner. Wants to explore a new area and work with a virtual team.
- Strong networking skills with ability to collaborate with multiple teams and influence stakeholders.
