Wipro - Account Delivery Head - Full Stack (10-15 yrs)
- Either technology heavy background with exposure to agile sprint experience.
- Should have been in client facing delivery role in India
- 10 years Program Management experience (atleast 5 years as SI in matrix environment)
- Excellent written & oral communication
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with new generation technology skills and capabilities.
KRA measured on :
- Financial parameters (Revenue, Margins, CSAT)
- Delivery: on time, within budget
- Customer experience: CSAT score
- Employee retention / attrition
- Project closure as per timelines
- 360 degree view of the account (all services provided by Wipro will be owned by this person)
- Customer stakeholder management (CEO, COO, Business & IT Heads)
- Employee engagement, ESAT, grooming, hiring, competency building
- Team management
- Governance (WSR, Steerco on time every time)
- Consensus building: Ability to pull together vendors, bank stakeholders and Wipro stakeholders
- Process driven (ensure change management, release management, incident SOP etc are defined and followed, put in controls to avoid human errors in production). The SOPs will need to be shared with the client as well.
- Escalate (ask for help) at appropriate time
- Invoicing and collections (while there are separate teams doing this, ADH will have to remain involved so that the same can be done).
