- In your role as Manager - Business Development, you will be develop a strong understanding of client's business requirements, establish strong client relationships, develop and lead a team of strong BD professionals - effectively growing our business presence in the education industry. - Your success in this role lies in fulfilling the following responsibilities consistently &amp; diligently: - Coaching and developing your team to perform to their highest potential - Achieving your individual and team revenue goals consistently - Improving efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes on a continuous basis - Negotiating key deals with strategic view point with key clients - Developing long term relationships with key people at client's organizations - Resolving critical client concerns to ensure smooth closure of the deals - Preparing &amp; analysing sales reports to develop insights and actions accordingly - Developing lasting relationships with clients with follow-ups and query resolution - Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports Desired Competencies: - Strong desire to coach people and develop as a leader - Exceedingly high sense of ownership towards one's goals - Excellent listening skills to deeply understand the client's needs - Well honed persistence and persuasion skills - Willingness to seek support, learn and achieve one goals - Ambition to continuously exceed expectations towards delivery and timelines Educational Qualification :&nbsp; - Any graduate/post graduate with at least 3 year of experience in sales - Experience of having led/managed a team in previous role(s) is a must - Experience in SaaS sales is an added advantage If you are passionate about solving a real world problem in education, if you believe in building your leadership skills and career, we would love to meet you and have you onboard!
