As a Business Development leader at Winuall, you will be leading the business development initiatives across the organisation to enable fast paced client acquisition and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing a robust sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth

- Enabling various sales channels to achieve desired rate of client acquisition

- Executing the set plans for building processes and funnel for expansion

- Setting monthly goals for the BD department and driving them across teams

- Managing the P&L of BD function to drive profitability at the department level

- Setting up strong sales processes for a rapidly scaling operations

- Determining the optimum structure of Sales workforce to manage resource costs

- Improving the utilisation & effectiveness of CRM system

- Analysing various reports and determining the key actions

As an ideal candidate for this role, following competencies are expected:

- extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

- strong written and verbal communication skills.

- proven experience in building and leading teams

- strong planning and execution skills to achieve the goals in a timely manner
