Job Details: Wingify is a profitable and growing SaaS company with clients in over 90 countries for its flagship product VWO (the market-leading A/B testing tool). We are 250 people strong and are currently making over $20 million in annual revenue. We require a senior manager in our treasury team to work with external partners and inhouse team to handle forex payments from our customers, maintain an appropriate amount of liquidity for business operations and invest excess liquidity for financial returns. Scope of work: Banking : - Ensuring we keep the optimum balance at all times and excess is immediately Invested. - Day to day coordination with banks for payments, receipts, and charges. Treasury : - Ensuring funds are deployed as per the company Investment Philosophy. - Analyzing market scenarios and business requirements to make recommendations on the use of Treasury Funds. Investments : - Measuring the returns on a regular basis and reporting for the same. - Making a tax-efficient portfolio of investments. Forex : - Analyzing the hedging requirements of the company and preparing a hedging strategy for the same. - Monitoring Forex markets on a regular basis and advising management. Assistance for directors- personal portfolios : - Liaise with director wealth managers, tax advisors, and accountants Who you are: - 5-10 years of accounting experience - Several years of experience specializing in investments, treasury management, and forex - Several years of experience in managing a team - CA degree is not a must but an extra benefit - Experience with software / SaaS company with global clients, not a must but an extra benefit - Experience in portfolio management
