The company is looking for a Business Development & Strategic Alliances leader to take responsibility for building and executing the overall Partnerships Strategy together with the CEO. S/he will be working in close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering and Customer Success teams to build and execute this strategy. Key Responsibilities : - S/he will primarily be responsible for Wingify wide partner-driven revenue. - Design Wingify's partnership program for both VWO and PushCrew. This would include affiliate, strategic, consulting, technologic, OEMs partnership tiers. - Attract and retain partners across geographies and markets for different partnership tiers. - Negotiate deals, onboard and train partners and act as a relationship manager for all acquired partners - Develop strong joint go-to-market models with these partners to achieve revenue growth targets for the market/geography - Assist partners with any Sales and Marketing support they might need including collaterals, media kits, localized websites etc to strengthen our product pitch - Work with the Product and Engineering teams to get any custom integrations made for technology / OEM partners - Keep partners updated on product roadmap and direction and providing intel on the competitive landscape - Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with the strategic partners and offer areas of improvement and growth - Manage and develop the pipeline of business from these partners on Salesforce and report progress to the leadership team - Engage partners for VWO brand building including activities like webinars, white papers, thought leadership and presence at marketing events Desired Qualifications : - 3+ years of experience in Partnerships/Alliances and 8+ years of overall experience - Thinker and an Executioner, who can build this team from scratch - Understanding of technology is a must. Understanding of Digital marketing or Conversion optimization is a strong plus. - Bachelor's/Master's degree from a Tier-1 school/college - Understanding of SaaS business model and deal negotiations - Experience of using CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Intercom - Strong team player who has excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
