You will use best practices in curriculum development and SaaS product delivery to help our user leverage conversion optimization through outstanding product education. Responsibilities: - Delivering product training to customers both one-on-one and through product marketing materials - Delivering an internal training program to keep our teams up-to-date with the latest use-uses and improvements of the VWO platform - Building a video and written training program for customer education at VWO - Developing training curricula about the VWO platform and CRO best practices - Designing custom training in consultation with customers to show the organizational and business-unit value of VWO Required Skills And Experience: - 2+ years of experience delivering remote and onsite training - 2+ years of experience developing training curricula - Bachelor's degree, Computer Science related - Good understanding of web applications, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with the latest trends in the learning field Working at Wingify isn't for everyone.
