The Collections Manager will oversee a team who interfaces directly with our clients based all over the world. The Collections team assists clients with payment problems and offers clarification for any confusion they may have. This involves both proactive as well as reactive work and can require collaboration with other cross-functional teams The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment. He/she is creative, innovative, and a problem solver with a passion for client retention and experience. He/she is able to operate with an international mindset to lead, support, and inspire a team to manage daily workloads while being able to look at the bigger picture and drive collection strategy accordingly. Responsibilities: - Effectively lead and manage the day to day operations of the Account Receivable's unit - Manage the overall Wingify's AR aging and distribute amongst other team members - Drive the collection's strategy and maintain the healthy debtor balance - Analyzing the open AR and then come up with the projected collection number for the month - Reconciling clients account statements, contracts, usage, and payments in the VWO system - Aid in Decision Making: Actively interact with Sales / Customer Success team and help in delinquent customer's related decision-making - Follow up and Negotiations with delinquent customers: comfortable in high-level negotiation/queries and resolve the issues by jumping on calls/emails and maintain the client retentions and overall client experience - Respond to client's / sales queries related to invoicing / contract issues - Understands Contracts/ Invoicing - Understands Revenue, Refunds, Chargebacks - Strengthening the overall Order2Cash activities by identifying improvement areas and then coming up with ideas - Partner with cross-functional teams to share best practices and improve communication and Procedures - Meet defined department goals and activity metrics - Ad-hoc analysis as may be required from time to time - Contribute to Training and People Development Qualifications:- - Bachelor's/Master's Degree required - 6+ years of B2C/B2B collections operations experience - 4+ years of relevant industry (SAAS Platform) - Polished communication and presentation skills with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration on shared initiatives. - Effective analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business action - Intermediate in Excel - Ability to manage flexible working hours based on business needs
