Wingify is looking for a Content Marketer for its flagship product - Visual Website Optimizer (VWO). Content is the cornerstone of any marketing effort, especially inbound marketing. The role requires exceptional command over the english language and clarity on the fundamentals of marketing - what its role is in a business environment. Essentially, the content marketer is supposed to provide value to their target reader, in the form of content. If the reader finds it valuable, they associate longer with the company and when they have business requirements that we can meet, they come to us. Key Responsibilities: - Develop an understanding of the industry and our target audience and create content to address their needs. - Deliver 3-4 resources each month to drive drive traffic, engagement and leads. Examples include blog articles, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, videos, etc. - Contribute to the content calendar and maintain a steady pipeline for content resources published each month. - Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content. The key skills required for the role are: - Clinical research skills: the ability to track down meaningful (and not just any)data wherever it exists on the web. - Clear communication skills: the ability to distill the research down and communicate it in a way that the target reader can easily understand and acquire learning from. - Being objective first, creative second: because unlike art, the way content is delivered should not be open to interpretations. Else, the value it provides cannot be objective. - Basics of SEO.
