Windy Street - Advisor - US Taxation 1040 Individual Taxation (2-4 yrs)
- Ability to perform review of US tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and Trusts (Form 1040, 1041)
- Monitor, document and apply any changes in tax rates, tax laws for US tax return preparation
- Responsible for Quality Assurance for projects handled by the team
- Reports to the senior manager and interacts regularly with the leadership
- Mentoring and guiding the new hires to enhance their technical knowledge
- Be a strong team player and be adaptive to the changing work environment as and when needed
- Ability to identify gaps, coach, mentor and developing technical skills of team members
- Build professional relationship with the US engagement teams
Looking for candidates:
- Experience in Form 1040 (High Net worth Individuals), Form 1041 (Trust Returns), Estate Returns, Foundation Returns, Gift Tax Returns
- Minimum of 2 to 8 years' experience in the field of US Individual taxation (High Net worth Individuals)
- MBA with a US CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred
- Sound technical knowledge with respect to US Individual Income Tax
- Should be a team player and possess strong written and communication skills
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Aptitude for learning technology (proprietary tools)
