Wind World India - Senior Manager - Contracts (10-15 yrs)
Purpose of the job:
Contracts finalization with customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Authoring the terms and conditions in Term Sheets / Contracts / Definitive agreements
- Negotiating terms and conditions in Term Sheets / Contracts / Definitive agreements
- Ensuring compliance with the contract terms and conditions, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during its implementation or execution.
- Communications Management with contracted customers
- Risk Management - Analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk
- Interface between the BD team and the rest of the organization to ensure smooth execution of the contract
Know How & Experience & Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Commerce / Law from renowned institute
- Min. 10 years experience in Contracting for High Value Turnkey / EPC projects
Excellent networking skills
- Excellent communication skills
