Wind World India - AM/DM - Legal - Land Acquisition

- Experience in acquiring land, should be familiar with the procedures related to land acquisition.

- Need to liaison with land owners, village authorities, state government authorities, survey agencies, advocates and so on.

- Candidates should have excellent drafting skills and thorough knowledge on procedures related to courts and statutory compliance and should have good command in English and the regional language of the respective state(s).

- Shall have good leadership skills to handle vibrant young land and survey team, capable of motivating the team and achieve the set target

- Should have good negotiating skills and capacity to solve local issues.

- Candidates should have very strong analytical mind, eye for detailing, firm and clear in ideas and thoughts.
