About Wind Pioneers -
Wind Pioneers is a 3-year old UK-India start-up based in Bangalore. We are a team of engineers and GIS specialists who work with project developers to help find and design large-scale wind farms. In the last three years, we have worked in 15 countries, completely mapped 8 countries for new wind farms and have worked on over 100 individual proposed wind farm sites.
We are a small, friendly team with big ambitions to be the best at what we do, and to contribute to the global adoption of renewable energy. We are founder-owned and committed to achieving our long-term aims by investing in our team.

Key Responsibilities -
- Delivering high-quality national-scale wind and solar prospecting studies to clients in a timely, efficient and high-quality manner.
- End-to-end service management, from setting individual subtasks within the team to client liaising and project execution.
- Formalizing project analysis and reports.
- Advancing and building on existing approaches.
- Experience in project management (delivering studies and reports to clients).
- Experience in either a strategy, technical, operation or management consulting firm.
- Strong team management skills.
- Background in either Engineering or Science.
- Experience in the energy space (preferably renewables, wind).
- Knowledge of Geographic Information System.
- Experience working with multiple clients.
- Be an easy-going team player.
- Be quietly ambitious in achieving your and the company's aims.
- Be committed to advancing renewables as a major contributor to limiting climate change.
- Be someone who loves maps!
