ABOUT THE POSITION :&nbsp; - As the India Country Head / General Manager, you will bring at least 5 years of relevant start-up entrepreneurial experience to lead the initial setup, day-to-day management, and growth of WIN's India operations comprising 25-35 employees with expertise in Technology (front-end engineers, back-end engineers, full-stack engineers, data engineers, business analysis), Digital Marketing, and Research.&nbsp; - The India operations will be geared toward serving the US market for the foreseeable future. You will rapidly build a high-performing team (25-35 total employee base), and ensure exceptional US-facing service delivery while maintaining a positive culture that support a "best place to work environment." ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Partner with the US leadership to build the organizational roadmap in India - From scratch, build a high-performing team of 25-35 talented colleagues in Technology, Digital Marketing, and Research - Apply business, technical and operational acumen to build exceptional service delivery capabilities (in technology, digital marketing, and research) in a fast-paced environment - Identify opportunities to build and enhance India delivery capabilities to grow the business - Build high-performance and morale by creating a professional and growth-oriented culture that exhibits sensitivity and confidentiality - Develop KPIs to measure, manage and improve progress REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Start-up leadership experience, in rapidly building an organization from scratch in information technology, product, or professional services organization - Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and market trends to effect continual business improvements - Proven record of driving business value by guiding multi-functional teams through periods of change and growth - Proven experience in leading headcount growth, and exceptional service delivery for a US-based team - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, executive presence, and credibility - Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a highly recognized institution strongly preferred WHAT WE OFFER: - Highly inclusive and collaborative culture built on mutual respect - Focus on core values, initiative, leadership and adaptability - Strong emphasis on personal and professional development - Top-notch compensation
