BUSINESS UNIT: Global Captive Practice

SHIFT TIMINGS: Second Shift [1:30 PM to 10:30 PM]

LOCATION: Thane: iThink office

REPORTING TO: Technical Lead

Principal Duties/Responsibilities -

- The job entails servicing responsibility for a portfolio of captive insurance domiciles and the provision of MI support across the team.

Primary responsibilities include assisting Technical Lead on below points:

- Work closely with the BU management teams (including on-shore Head of Operations, COO and MDs) to establish the areas of client service that need to be measured in order to maximise the opportunity for achievement of overall objectives

- Collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders or independently undertake data sanity checks/analysis and reporting on cross-business data sets to identify trends, observations and business needs and produce reports ranging from business user to Executive level

- Producing daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly managerial/Executive reports on key activities where required

- Working positively and communicating professionally across the GCP in order to make an effective contribution to tasks assigned

- Providing support to any departmental or inter-departmental initiatives around process enhancement/automation / Operational Excellence

- Recommendations on changes to the existing approach/ techniques

- Responding to and following up on queries by the captive Stakeholders. Maintenance and development of various management information reports

- Provide administration support on miscellaneous projects and program management

Current Key activities in the job include:

- To assist Technical Lead in preparation of consolidated MI Dashboard for Global Captive Practice

- To assist in planning and carrying out different accounting and financial activities like budgeting & forecasting across all Captives

- To assist Technical Lead in updating and preparing Mumbai MI dashboard

- Complete all tasks related to CRM Dynamics

- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information. Be system proficient with hands on experience on MS Office applications. Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and organizational development

- Will be responsible to assist on the OPEX project for Captives Team in Mumbai

- Will assist in facilitating the Transitions to Mumbai by coordinating with PMO and OPEX Teams

Required Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, Experience

- Any Graduate or Post Graduate (experience required 5+ years in MIS reporting and as Business Analyst)

- Good communication Skill

- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality

- Higher level of competency with Excel skills and Microsoft PowerPoint

- Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with senior company executives

- Emphatic communicator, ability to see things from the other person's point of view

- Presentable and business like

- Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel to the US, UK or other domicile locations if required

- Keen for new experience, responsibility, accountability and professional development

- Able to get on with others; be a team-player
