Willis Towers Watson - Project Management Role - HR Analytics (10-15 yrs)

Role :

The initial and primary responsibility of the role will be to produce HR analytics, distilling large amounts of information from multiple sources into meaningful insight regarding trends and drivers of employee turnover, retention, and other HR metrics; should be able to connect trends and point out root causes and chart out HR action plan for them.

Specific functional responsibilities :

- Provide regular reporting on multiple levels (regional, global, functional, business unit, etc.)

- Support development and enhancement of HR Reporting and analytics

- Participate in HR Strategy projects

- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation.

- Any other reasonable request compatible with the role

Knowledge :

1. A formal MBA degree in HR from a reputed institute is preferred

2. Solid on HR fundamentals and latest global practices

3. Have knowledge of employing analytical/statistical tools, Management principles and techniques such as root cause analysis, to identify the drivers and to create hypotheses regarding solution

4. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel

5. Working knowledge of database applications such as Access or SQL a plus

Skills :

- Highly Numerate with good analytical and quantitative skills - ability to research, develop and produce meaningful analyses from multiple streams of data

- Proven research skills, using both primary and secondary sources of information

- Advanced capabilities with Excel and other capabilities in data manipulation and analysis

- MS Access/ MS Project expertise a plus

- Must be proficient at successfully managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment

- Able to function well during a stressful/crisis/deadline situation

- Exceptional time management skills

- Solid oral and written communication skills
