Willis Towers Watson - Analyst - Compensation & Benefits (3-10 yrs)
Specific functional responsibilities:
- Provide regular and strategic reporting on multiple levels (regional, global, functional, business unit, etc.) within the organization
- Manage Internal Rewards System
- Manage Benefits for India based employees
- Support Compensation team in offer management for new positions being hired in various businesses
- Support development and enhancement of HR Reporting and analytics
- Initiate and lead HR Strategy projects
- Communicate, collaborate, and network with all levels of employees and management and ensure the integrity and quality of all information produced
- Identify and recommend process and efficiency improvements for current reporting capabilities as well as data capture and categorization
- Must be available to participate in virtual meetings held during normal UK and/or New York business hours
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation.
- Any other reasonable request compatible with the role
- Support Head of Total rewards and Head of HR in key initiatives
- Ensure compliance in-line with WTW guidelines
Knowledge:
- A formal MBA degree in HR from a reputed institute is preferred
- Solid on HR fundamentals and latest global practices
- Have knowledge of employing analytical/statistical tools, management principles and techniques such as root cause analysis to identify drivers and to create hypotheses regarding solution
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Competitive Benefits bench marking and practices
Skills:
- Highly Numerate with good analytical and quantitative skills - ability to research, develop and produce meaningful analyses from multiple streams of data
- Proven research skills, using both primary and secondary sources of information
- Advanced capabilities with Excel and other capabilities in data manipulation and analysis
- MS Project expertise a plus
- Must be proficient at successfully managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment
- Able to function well during a short deadline situation
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Vendor Management Skills
Experience:
- Experience of working on own initiative and completing projects end to end
- Experience of working as part of multi-disciplinary team
- Proven research skills, using both primary and secondary sources of information
- HR Systems experience a plus
