Marketing Manager Position :

We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing, launching and managing strategies, tactics and marketing programs designed to meet brand and revenue growth objectives for Indian Market

- Planning marketing activities in conjunction with company's growth plan and working out strategies to execute the plan.

- Will be responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products

- Run marketing campaigns, for brand awareness and demand generation

- Build Marketing function from scratch, standardized the processes

- Develop and implement traditional and non-traditional media content /digital programs to drive business results.

- Monitor, evaluate and understand competitive activity.

- Solicit feedback from areas on competitive challenges in marketplace and concurrence on strategic and tactical recommendations.

- Actively monitor Product sales/subscriptions and competitive activity.

- Collect, disseminate and act on internal and external best practices both within and outside of the financial market industry.

- Has thorough knowledge and experience in Indian Social media channels

- Will guide and work closely with regional advertising agencies to develop and execute strategic plans for multiple product lines.

- Work closely with program and product managers to meet business objectives.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to staff of marketing and creative services teams

- Ability to manage media plan and budget, meeting milestones and budget targets.

- Communicates regularly with Program/Product Managers.

- Ability to multi-task, work independently and as an effective team member

Desired Skills and Experience :

Education/Experience :

- Bachelor's degree.

- This position requires knowledge of advanced marketing concepts and best practices, with emphasis in international marketing experience in analyzing markets, developing strategic plans and tactical exceptional plans to meet specified business objectives for new products and their introduction into new markets.

- Must be experienced in supporting all sales activities.
