Position : Fund Manager ( AIF Category III )

Detailed job description :

- To develop a fundraising strategy that is aligned and can sustain our ambitions as an organization.

- To lead the execution of the fundraising strategy.

- Reach out to potential investors - Banks, Mutual Funds, Family Offices, Wealth Managers, Insurance Companies, etc. to pitch about the company and on-board them.

- Negotiate pricing and other terms of the sanction and coordination of transaction execution and closure

- Should look after pre & post funding documentation process, investor relationship, etc.

- Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths.

Skills and Knowledge :

- CA, MBA, Post Graduate, Graduate or Postgraduate in any disciple

- Should have passed out their full time MBA s (Marketing / Finance) from reputed Top Tier Institutes.

- 5 plus relevant experience, preferably in a highly complex financial control and fund raising at corporate level

- Experience of working and building strong business relationships in a changing environment

- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple deliverables.

- Should have command over communication with confidence.

- Should be target oriented.
