Role The Academy Experience Operations Team is responsible for supporting learners from the moment they are onboarded into academy until they start their career in technology. The team provides operational support to the Academy and instruction team while ensuring each individual has a great experience which enables them to move forward with their career in a positive way. Academy Experience Operations is an essential part of the Talent Team and will also require facilitation with other teams across the business. The Head of Academy Experience Operations will be responsible for end-to-end training delivery support and project success management viz., plan cohort operations, coordinate with Product team for course curriculum and content, ensure seamless student experience, assess feedback and key metrics, maintain reports, etc Responsibilities DURING TRAINING - Provide operational support for Academy and instructors - Be responsible for the delivery support and end-to-end learner management during training and post-training engagement - Oversee LMS activities - Track the overall progress of learners on LMS and ensure adherence to all training terms and conditions - Track and analyse each learner's attendance, behaviour, aptitude, performance and progress - Create and issue regular surveys and monitor feedback - Identify potential dropouts and other risks, initiate preventive and corrective action POST TRAINING - Maintain list of Talent Pool who have passed training and ready for interviews - Active engagement of the Talent Pool to ensure high performance and talent retention through - Ongoing learning and development coordination - Regular check-ins by telephone and email - periodic assessments, revision sessions, tech workshops, alumni speak events and other initiatives - Conduct mock interviews and provide job-role specific interview coaching - Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for client interviews - Post-selection of candidates by clients, ensure smooth handover to Alumni Engagement teams OTHERS - Organize trainee engagement activities/social events from time-to-time during and post training - Ensure the internal learner database is fully up to date at all times and complete for reporting purposes - Prepare reports as required on candidates, interviews and placements - Record all relevant activity on Salesforce - Work with Business Development and Client Services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the Alumni programme requirements. - Maintain a professional image of the Company through providing a professional service to all candidates Essential and Preferred Skills and Experience - Sound knowledge of training delivery operations - Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years- experience in managing teams - Technical background with reasonable programming knowledge - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills - Strong communication skills - oral and written - Superb attention to detail - Organised and assertive - Ability to influence and persuade and manage difficult conversations - Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities
