Wildcraft - Senior Manager - Sales & Operational Planning (7-10 yrs)
Purpose of this role :
- Lead and Manage the Sales and Operations Planning processes of Wildcraft's products. This involves Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Raw Materials Planning
- Manage Inventory Levels and to ensure availability of finished goods at optimum FG and RM inventory levels
Roles and responsibilities:
- Own the annual inventory budgeting exercise, as part of yearly planning
- Drive the S&OP meeting where rolling 3 months' demand and supply plans are finalized
- Drive the consensus demand planning process and alignment with business plan
- Monthly Finished goods production requirement planning considering demand, capacity and capability constraints
- Monthly Raw materials requirement planning considering supplier lead times (different items have different lead times)
- Monitor actual production and Raw material inwards versus plan
- Actively work towards improving the inventory health by reducing Slow and Obsolete (SLOB) inventory
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders like design and development, category management, sourcing, purchase, manufacturing, warehouse and logistics for conflict resolution
- Take up supply chain improvement projects to either reduce cost or improve service
- Representing Supply Chain function for all New launches and driving NPD initiatives across the Supply Chain
