4-8 years Sales Experience and at-least 3 years in a relationship management role in Large Format Stores &amp; Hypermarkets Preferred Experience - Luggage &amp; accessories, Consumer Products, Apparel Account Management- - Deliver sales and profitability objectives from partners as per the budget and develop annual business plans - Develop and track metrics for performance on partner points of sale - Conceptualise, plan and manage a calendar as well as spend of Marketing Promotions across partners - Liaison with Category Management and other internal teams to develop customised/MTO range for partners - Draw out and manage merchandising plans for the partners - Keep abreast of and analyze Customer, Competition and overall Market data Business Development- - Increase number of distribution points as per budget - Prospect and onboard new/existing relationships for new product lines - Prospect and transition to new business models as per business requirement Operations- - Define order timelines and Order Delivery SLA with partners and liaise with SCM to get the orders executed OTIF - Manage receivables and account reconciliation with respect to partners - Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders in support departments to ensure customer satisfaction
