The person shall be heading the entire HR function and will work directly with the founders & leadership team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Business Partnering :
- Act as HR business partner, for company leadership across engineering, product, sales, operations & support to develop and lead an effective people strategy.
- Responsible for driving systemic and tactical organisational initiatives aligning with business needs and organisation priorities.
People Operations :
- Own all people operations processes including performance review cycles, employee engagement, compensation reviews and planning, payroll and benefits administration,
- Design and implement the requisite processes, and tools; Ensure processes, HR processes scale, at par with organisational scale.
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition :
- Leading the talent acquisition activities including defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company.
- Driving employer branding initiatives to establish a go-to brand for tier-one cyber security professionals in both tech and non-tech streams.
Learning & Development
- Develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance, high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth.
Culture:
- Settle up the cultural tone of the company with outcome focused policies, regular communications, openness, confrontations etc.
Desired Background & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Consulting/ HR Generalist roles, preferably in a technology product company.
- MBA from a Premier B school with a specialization in HR.
- Proven track record in a fast-growth environment - building and scaling HR function.
- Data-driven, with strong problem-solving ability.
- Good with stakeholder management at all levels in the organization
- Tech-savvy, willing to adopt best-in-class tools and practices in the HR function
- Superb Interpersonal Skills
