Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and capable clinic manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our clinic. Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize veterinary care and managing the operations.

Responsibilities

- Managing and supervising daily operations of the centre.

- Supervision and management of clinic staff work and performance

- Leads management, and counselling of patients for treatment and follow-up.

- Oversee Conversions and sales

- Handle customers, resolve disputes, issues with billing / appointments

- Ensure customer experience is enhanced and pets feel comfortable in the clinic environment

- Liaise between pet parents and doctors to ensure patients get the correct treatment while pet parents understand the treatment plans

- Staff planning and rosters to ensure full support and smooth functioning of the clinic

- Meet and exceed revenue targets for the month

- Liaise with Vendors / Distributors for new products to be included in the in-house pharmacy

- Analyse and respond to Google reviews or customer complaints on email

- Ensure all compliances are cleared and patient records are kept up to date

- Ensure minimum bad debts and clearance of outstanding dues

- Liaise with municipal authorities for clinic licenses, bio waste dues etc.

- Monitor petty cash and keep petty expenses to minimum

- Clinic upkeep and refurbishment as required

- Ensure all medical equipment is serviced timely and replaced as required

- Manage Social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

- Create and maintain SOPs for all activities.

Requirements and skills

- 3 to 5 years relevant experience.

- MBA with specialization in sales/marketing/Operations

- Experience in the healthcare industry.

- Experienced candidates in the same industry (Vetrinary care) will be an added advantage

- Must have problem solving skills

- Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic yet focused environment

- Must have a passion to achieve results at fastest pace without errors

- People and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills
