Job description :

As a Business Unit Head- Veterinary Clinics at Wiggles you will focus on developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Your responsibilities will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding consumer trends.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Mix of data analysis & process-driven problem solving with the ownership of end-to-end operations.

- Stakeholder management (Tech, product, city ops, business and marketing teams)

- Manage operations: staffing, customer service, expenditure & accounts, statutory compliance and security & safety.

- Can manage about 20 employees - medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales executives. Entrusted with 3000 sq ft of prime retail space and over Rs.1 crore of investment.

- Can attract and manage doctors who practice at the clinic.

- Knowledge of Veterinary/ Hospitals Market.

- End to end solution development and on-ground roll-out of the projects.

- Work with extended teams to achieve business objectives and to build, scale sustainable processes while maintaining customer obsession.

- Tracking milestones & deliverables

- Perform research and identify new market opportunities

- Responsible for P&L of the Clinics

- Consultant Attrition & Doctor Retention & Engagement

- Monitor and deliver on customer & Doctors satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Must have exceptional data analysis

- Must have problem solving skills

- Must have project management skills

- Must have details oriented decisions

- Must be from first principle thinkers who can build scalable processes

- Must be willing to experiment

- Must have the ability to thrive in a dynamic yet focused environment

- Must have a passion to achieve results at fastest pace without errors

- People and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

- MVSc/BVSc is an added advantage
