Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development
- Support the development of brand strategy for new and existing brands using research, consumer insights, and market analysis.
- Assist in crafting brand positioning, architecture, identity, and personality frameworks.
- Translate data and market intelligence into meaningful brand narratives and actionable insights.
Marketing & Communication Planning
- Develop marketing and communication strategies aligned with brand values and business goals.
- Create effective short-term and long-term brand plans, calendars, and communication guidelines.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and consistency in brand direction.
- Maintain regular communication with brand owners and stakeholders to understand evolving priorities.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and operations teams to guide effective brand execution.
Trend & Market Intelligence
- Conduct competitive and cultural scans to identify emerging trends and brand opportunities.
- Provide forward-thinking recommendations to strengthen the brands future relevance.
Execution & Contribution
- Deliver fact-driven, insight-led strategies that are both inspiring and actionable.
- Contribute strategic thinking to internal discussions and the companys overall growth goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Brand Planning.
- 1-3 years of relevant brand strategy experience (agency or brand-side).
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Excellent command over written and spoken language.
- Confidence, instinctiveness, and people skills.
- A strong understanding of consumer psychology and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional interactions effectively.
