- Be a core contributor to the company's overall growth strategy.
- Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with Wife on strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and elevate Wife's talent by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Recruit, acquire talent, and onboard new hires.
- Overall performance management and liaison between the management and the employees.
- Manage payrolls and benefits for employees.
- Create retention strategies.
- Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
- Think forward and anticipate future trends, opportunities and prospective successes for Wife.
- Be collaborative, a number thinker and be fact-driven.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Bachelors'/ Masters'/ Specialized course in relevant functions
- Confidence, tact, strong people-skills, intuitive
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Strong command of language ; oral and written
- High-degree of understanding of people and critical crisis management
- Strong leadership skills
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR Management
- The capability of team leadership
- High marketing & advertising knowledge
