Under the agreement, PayU and Wibmo businesses will continue to run separately. Job title Executive Assistant Reports to CEO : 1. Booking calendar for the CEO and scheduling his appointments and meetings. 2. Assist individual team members with setting up meetings, identifying and confirming conference rooms or other meeting locations. 3. Plan and execute special meeting requests and need such as preparing conference rooms, planning for audio visual or other technical requirements. 4. Provide word-processing and secretarial support. Prepare presentations, MIS reports, MS word and MS Excel documentation and compiling. 5. Planning, coordination and preparation of major business meetings, luncheons, and dinners. 6. Execute travel itineraries and take care of travel needs (visa processing, hotel bookings, etc). 7. Responsible for maintenance of expense reports and travel data. 8. Responsible to support senior-level managers and supervise other support staff. 9. Handle a wide variety of complex and confidential situations.
