Your role:

- Own and lead all business functions of the Mobile Payments line of business, across Product Management, Project Delivery, Business Operations and Customer Support

- Drive tangible business results - Build on revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction

- Solve problems which cut across all functions of the mobile payments business

- Methodically scale processes, systems, and teams to keep pace with the dynamic requirements of a fast-growing internet economy business

- Along with the Engineering Head, lead and manage the entire the Mobile Payments business - you will own everything from soup to nuts, from defining the strategy to executing it.

- Periodically report to the CEO Staff on key metrics, for the Mobile payments business

- There is only so much role we can define for a product in the hyper growth mobile/internet economy. As we build bigger and better things, be willing to take up bigger and better challenges.

- You can understand, and appreciate the technological know-how, that goes behind building complex enterprise scale payment products

- Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and use them at work, everyday

- Possess a keen eye for detail, for it will be required to understand a complex product like mobile payments

Qualifications:

- You have 15+ years- experience, a part of which involves owning a P&L of a software product/ business

- You have prior experience delivering software projects, and managing software products

- You have hands on experience in leading a operations heavy team

- BE / BTech/ MBA from a Tier 1 university

- Any prior experience in a startup is highly preferable

- Any prior payment industry experience is highly preferable

- Brownie points given if you excel at something, apart from work
