Job Description :

- Lead teacher supply growth from current 11000 teachers to 100000 teachers in 1 year

- Explore new and cost-effective channels for teacher acquisition - organic & inorganic

- Maximize teacher earnings & teacher performance on the platform

- Improve teacher experience / NPS

Skill Required :

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" skill set with a strong sense of ownership for work.

- Strong analytics and operations leadership skills

- Automation experience, funnel optimization experience

- Performance and results-oriented
