Role Description

We are looking at a VP of Analytics and Data Science to head a team of upto 20 Data Science Professionals including Managers, Data Scientists, Analysts.

What you would be doing

- Leading the Charter for Data Science and Analytics for the Company with Primary focus on Customer Single View and CDP Implementation.

- Identifying the key opportunities for automation across the Customer Funnels - Acquisition, Engagement, Retention

- Building the Key Analytics and Reporting Platforms inside the organisation and being the go to person for any data related asks.

- Implement the Customer Single View with a view for automation of Customer Lifetime value maximization and acting as a feedback for various systems (such as Acquisition channels, CRM, Product) to maximise the customer experience and reduce costs.

Preferred Person:

- 10+ years of Experience Building Scale-able Data Solutions

- Team Management of 20+ People, including experience of being a manager of managers

- Hands on experience of Customer Data Platform Implementation at scale.

- Experience of developing hypotheses, gathering feedback and A/B testing them

- First principle problem solving, data-driven decision-making ability

- Stakeholder management and great interpersonal skills
