Why is a Team Lead key personnel to the Organisation? At Whitehat Junior, We are looking for Team Leader Operations to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a Team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals Work Location - JVLR, Chromium Building, Nearest Metro Station - Sakinaka Working Hours - Shifts will be allocated as per the Organization need - 8 AM to 5 PM / 4 PM to 1 AM / 12 Midnight to 9 AM Week Off - 1 Week day off (Still should be flexible to work/be available as per business need) Experience Level - 3 to 9 years Objectives of this Role : - Lead a team of ~12 people which resolves customer/teacher queries through chat, email or phone call. Queries are technical in nature and require understanding of basic hardware/software issues as well as operating ops panel - Drive targets through incentive, performance management of team and strong analytics. - Improve efficiency of the system by suggesting and executing new solutions. - Operational Efficiency &amp; Accuracy Metrics Management using automation and&nbsp;technology - People and performance Management - Strong Independent decision making - Formulate and execute strong processes with defined input and output metrics across Daily and Monthly Responsibilities : - Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills - Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. - Set clear team goals. - Delegate tasks and set deadlines. - Deep performance management of team to achieve Six Sigma output - Coordinate with tech, curriculum and cross functional teams to resolve customer issues Skills and Qualifications :&nbsp; - Degree in Computer Science/IT or strong passion for devise and software tech debugging - Should be flexible for any of the shift timings - Morning/Evening/Night (8am to 5 pm/ 4 pm to 1 am / 12 midnight to 9 am) - Should have managed a team size of 10 -15 agents/front-line executives directly for at least 6 months. - Min. 3 years relevant experience (team leader experience in BPO/IT company) - Proven success rate at levels above quotas - Strong organizational skills
