Location : Mumbai-based Only. We-Work Chromium, Powai

Working Days : 6 Days a week, still be available as per the Business need/urgency.

Years of Experience : At least 6 to 8 years experience in Teaching or Training on Mathematics

Candidates with an excellent academic background, experience in working with ed. Tech, teacher training are preferred.

Job Designation : Teacher Success Director

WhiteHat Jr. is looking for Teacher Success Director who will own Teacher class delivery for Mathematics education (Grade 1 to 8).

KPI of roles :

- NPS of teachers

- Parent and student feedback

- Teacher performance and earnings

- Teacher attrition

Job Description :

- Identify teacher training areas and create resources to bridge the gap.

- Create systems to ensure timely answers to all teacher queries.

- Track teacher class delivery, post-class engagement to give timely feedback to teachers.

- Ensure teachers are motivated to deliver the class with passion.

- Work along with the curriculum team, to test the classes and solicit feedback on content.

- Suggest changes in the Curriculum basis Teacher feedback/suggestions.

- Create learning resources for teachers to ensure they effectively deliver the curriculum.

- Conduct webinars/workshops for the teachers to clarify their doubts so that they can effectively train other teachers on the Platform

Essential Qualifications :

- Strong leadership skills and systems thinking to build a rocket-ship.

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic & internet-speed environment with tight deadlines

- Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills

- Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

- Commitment to creating an impact on the lives of 1000s of students and teachers with their work.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years in managing people and interacting with teachers/education stakeholders.

Desirable Qualifications :

- Ex-TFI fellow

- Ex-IB Math school teacher
