Designation: Student Success Leader&nbsp; Reporting To: Head of User Experience JOB DESCRIPTION : - Create World Class Projects which ensure application of learning during classes in a fun and engaging way as well as stimulate new ideas&nbsp; - Liaison with Curriculum Directors to ensure Projects are in sync with the curriculum and yet create a strong outcome in terms of building Apps, Websites by collectively applying all concepts learnt during classes - Create a robust operations framework to identify the Top Students and create a strong mentorship program to nurture their ideas and make them commercial ready&nbsp; - Create Student Resources which foster Student Learning and Doubt resolution DESIRED PROFILE/SKILL SETS : - At least 5 years of proven work experience with good experience in various programming languages like Javascript, Python, HTML as well as experience in Edtech - Experience in building Apps/Websites from scratch and taking them Live would be preferred - Excellent verbal communication and writing skills Aggressive: "Take no prisoners" approach.
