Senior Program Manager - Supply Earning & Performance

Job Profile : Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Own the entire supply earning piece - heavy work on data to determine earning trends and execute programs to boost supply earnings.

- Own supply performance on the platform - setup processes for performance monitoring, actioning, and fixes in operations and tech to improve overall platform metrics.

- Work with product and tech teams on new feature and product launches to facilitate/enable/uplift supply experience on the platform.

- Own the overall supply policy piece - payouts, supportive, platform experience and others.

Skill Set :

- Hustler - can multi-task and manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously

- Result oriented - strong experience in executing programs and delivering results

- Data oriented - ability to read trends quickly and make

- Result-driven professional with an extremely target-centric job

- Confident and high-performing individual in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage a team and run processes with ease.

Location : Mumbai-based Only. We Work Chromium. Co-location with the founding team is a Must. Basis COVID situation, this will remain a Work-from-home position till the offices open up.

Years of Experience : 5 - 9 years of experience preferably from customer interacting roles or working with online communities of urban women.

Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate from Tier 1 Engineering college and/or B-school.
