Senior Manager, Revenue

Shift Timings - 11pm- 8am IST

- Hybrid role

- 3-5 years of overall experience

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Exceptional skills in managing data/analysis and understanding sales metrics

- Experience in stakeholder management

- Should be comfortable working in the US shift timings

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Track the revenue of the entire geography/country on an hourly, daily and weekly basis.

- Track all the important performance/input metrics of the sales team on an hourly basis.

- Stakeholder management - work directly with the sales leadership and get all the performance issues sorted on a real-time basis.

- Understand the ongoing business requirements and market conditions and keep updating the metrics to be tracked for RCA

- Keep a track of the upcoming business requirements and market scenarios and work with the leadership in proactive planning for the same

- Own creation of dashboards and MIS reports with analysts and ensure report automation with correct data is flowing in a timely manner

- Do RnD on the correct tool/platform for these reports.
