Job Description :

- Explore tax advisory opportunities on various contemplated transactions for India as well as International businesses

- Undertaking various income tax and indirect tax compliances for India as well as overseas businesses

- Review of financial statements and MIS etc for overseas entities

- Liasing with financial auditor for getting financials audited

- Assisting in responding to notices that may be received from tax authorities

- Making tax provision workings

- Assisting in setting up various financial processes for overseas entities

Knowledge :

- Knowledge of various accounting policies

- Sound knowledge of India direct and indirect tax regulations as well as international tax principles

- Good analytical skills

Skills :

- CA 5-7 years of experience

- Good control over Microsoft excel

- Well versed with various ERPs including Tally, Microsoft, SAP, etc

Abilities :

- Good communication skills

- Team player as well mature team leader

- Relationship development skills
