Role : Senior Manager HR Operations

Location : Mumbai-Based Only. We-Work Chromium, Powai

Responsibilities :

- Designing and implementing company's HR policies

- Setting objectives and goals for the team and also track progress

- Monitoring the company's HR systems as well as databases

- Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools

- On-boarding (verification's, documentation, induction, training etc)

- Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PF- s, events, CSR etc)

- Payroll Administration, Preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreements, contracts/appointment letters and SOP manuals. Employee database management.

- Training and Development

- Handling Employee Concerns

- Employer branding - internal & external

Preferred Person :

- At least a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field

- Prior experience as an HR Manager, HR Operations Manager or a similar role

- Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems

- Experience of designing compensation and benefits programs

- Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies

- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills

- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills

- Exceptional team management and organizational skills

- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment

- Proven 10+years of experience in HR Operations.
