Job Description:

- Tie-up with multiple Logistics Vendors to ensure that deliveries are done on time to Global Student and Teacher base

- Liaise with Logistics Vendors on an ongoing basis to ensure that timely deliveries are happening.

- Tie-up with various Merchandisers who will create the various Merchandise as envisaged for our various Student and Teacher Success programs.

- Ensure all concerns/issues related to the quality of Merchandise and Deliveries from Students & Teachers are resolved on a timely basis.

DESIRED PROFILE/SKILL SETS

- At Least 3 to 4 years of handling logistics, managing various logistics vendors

- Good skills in forging New Partnerships and relationship management

- Good with data. Should be a master in excel.paid

- Aggressive: - Take no prisoners- approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the Student Success Program Manager should have the same all-consuming drive.

- Systems Thinking: Have a good system thinking to accordingly build a framework and platform which encourages Students to come up with their own ideas and bring them to life

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.
