Location: Mumbai-based Only. We Work Chromium. Co-location with the founding team is a Must.

Basis COVID situation, this will remain a Work-from-home position till the offices open up.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

- Work on building one of the largest supply learning platform - driving strategy, managing content creation, and overall supply learning life-cycle

- Understand the supply learning needs through multiple channels and determine the right programs to run - lead and execute those programs with measurable successes

- Work with product/tech to put up the right tools and flow in place; help build a world class Learning Management System

- Analyse supply usage trends, interests and drop-offs to determine opportunities of improvement; operationalize the right usage trends and corrections
