WhiteHat Jr - Manager - Social Media - YouTube Channel

- Grow WhiteHat Jr's YouTube channel, by doing SEO keyword analysis, benchmarking best practice with other EdTech, consumer tech and direct-to-consumer brands, and optimizing channel setups, playlist creation, SEO optimization, calls to action, comment moderation, and analytics.

- Partner with Video Creative Director to create a monthly calendar of videos, and publish them on YouTube to maximize reach and engagement.

- Partner with Social Media team to promote YouTube videos on various social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

- Reporting will be to Social Media Head. Direct reportees will be 1 social media executive. Peers will be Social Media Managers and Video Creative Director.

- YouTube management experience of 4-6 years with with specific experience of working for consumer tech and direct-to-consumer brands preferred.
