Roles and Responsibility
- Owning the Sales Helpdesk Operations and Salesforce CRM
- Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
- Assist sales teams in determining customer outreach methods
- Monitor and assist with customer retention
- Train staff on new technology and software (Sales force)
- Task automation and bringing agility to the sales team via use of technology
Desired Skills and Experience
- MBA from a premium institution
- Experience in a Start-up
- Familiarity with databases and Sales Force
- Strong communication skills
- 7+ years in a similar role in a Product company or an Edutech
- Ability to problem solve and work in an operational intensive environment
