JOB PROFILE

Whitehat Jr is looking for a passionate candidate with a strong background in a fast growing start-up to join as the Head of Franchisee Business. The Head of Franchisee Business role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). If you have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we would like to meet you.

KPI: Head of Franchisee Business will be responsible for planning and managing the franchising business of Company. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees which helps secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

Location: Mumbai-based only. We Work - Chromium, Powai

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Set up physical franchisee all over the world to take cult online brand, offline.

- Designing and implementing business operations

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

- Strong experience in fast growing start-ups

- Strong driver and assertive yet a people's person
