This includes Creation of Standard Operating Processes in line with the launched Policies; detailing the workflow and Internal responsibility matrices for seamless execution and end user acceptance. The function needs to be run with '0' error and aim towards creating employee delight. - We are looking to set up the entire HR operation team and hence require employees across all levels right from executive to Sr Manager. The processes include but not limited to : 1. Onboarding 2. Database updation and maintenance 3. HR Helpdesk 4. R&amp;R execution 5. Leave and attendance 6. Transfers and reorganization 7. Inputs to payroll 8. Increment and promotion 9. Separation 10. MIS 11. Implementation of various HR policies 12. Process audit Required Candidate profile : Qualification: - Post Graduate in HR with effective people handling skills. - Should have worked in a mass scaling organization with employee strength of 1000 or More - Should have deep understanding of HRMS and various HR processes Experience : - 2 to 4 Years - HR Executive - 5 to 8 Years - Manager - HR Operation - 8 years and above - Senior Manager - HR Operation Expected Competencies: - Ability to perform consistently under ambiguity, changing business requirements - High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables. - Good communication, interpersonal skills - Effective time management skills - Excellent working knowledge of employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations - Excellent understanding of HR best practice and ability to apply this to employee relations cases - Management or Supervisory experience - Deep understanding of HRMS tools
