Profile

The Director EIR has to work on high-impact growth projects through multiple geographies and locations, managing customer intake and experience.

Critical to be very passionate about

a) Experience in managing business operations from 100-1000

b) Massive Detail Orientation

c) Customer Experience

d) Training and measurement

e) Expanding into international markets

f) Deep passion for automation and finding Tech solutions to redundant manual operations.

The Director EIR will be managing multiple priorities simultaneously across geographies and will be single-handedly responsible for the smooth operation of a two-way platform. Demonstrated history of taking responsibility ahead of tenure/experience with a super-human drive is a must.
