Job Designation: Director - Teacher Earning and performance

- Basis COVID situation, this will remain a Work-from-home position till the offices open up.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Own the entire supply earning piece - heavy work on data to determine earning trends, designand execute programs to boost supply earnings including predictive and proactive modelling and execute programs to boost supply earnings including predictive and proactive modelling

- Own supply performance on the platform - setup processes for performance monitoring, actioning, and fixes in operations and tech to improve overall platform metrics

- Own identification and post launch execution of all product and feature launches to facilitate/enable/uplift supply experience on the platform - work on BRDs with tech, and manage the entire lifecycle of product launch - scope, testing, communication and performance

- Own the overall supply policy design and implementation including payouts, supportive, platform experience and others

Skill Set:

- Hustler - can multi-task and manage several projects and stakeholders simultaneously

- Result oriented - strong experience in executing programs and delivering results

- Data oriented - ability to read trends quickly and make

- Result-driven professional with an extremely target-centric job

- Confident and high-performing individual in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

- Ability to manage a team and run processes with ease
