WhiteHat Jr - Director - P&L - IIT/IIM

Job Purpose :

Whitehat Jr is looking for a passionate P&L to work on different initiatives. This role involves working closely with all the internal and external stakeholder management. The role will traverse multiple functions as the need arises, giving you exposure to various aspects of the business

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Complete P&L ownership - responsible for managing entire customer funnel

- Daily spend and revenue management

- Driving growth initiatives by working closely with tech/product/operations

- Driving innovation in the customer funnel to bring in more cost efficiencies

Skillsets and requirements :

- 4-6 years' experience in managing critical, fast paced projects

- Ability to adapt to new business strategy or changes in existing strategy. Much like a consulting approach.

- Aggressive: "Take no prisoners" approach. The founder is extremely driven and aggressive, and the curriculum director should have the same all-consuming drive.

- Systems Thinking: Create a strong and out of the box curriculum to build a rocket-ship.

- Multi-Dimensional, "Growth Hacker" Skill Set with a strong sense of ownership for work.
